Properties served by City sewer have a required <br />75-foot setback requirement from the OWHL (929.4'); The house was constructed in 1958, <br />before the establishment of the lot size criteria outlined in the current code . <br />The existing structure is setback from the water 83 feet, and from the north and south property <br />lines 10.3 and 10.2 feet, respectively.
