The Planning <br />Commission based their approval on the new residential construction meeting all required <br />setbacks of the LR-lA zoning district. <br />Applicants' next scheduled meeting is confirmed at the Orono City Council meeting of March <br />13, 1995. Please note the meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. As we discussed via the phone, you are <br />planning to submit an amended proposal showing the new residence structure meeting the <br />required setbacks.
