3780 BAYSIDE ROAD <br />Proposed new construction home location for <br />a 1.5 acre lot with existing home to be removed. <br />Topog lines 942 & 940 create a natural knoll <br />for the best building site. The existing house <br />is located on this knoll. If the new house is <br />located further back on the lot, to lines 938 & <br />936, it will sit much lower and could block the <br />natural water flow of that lower area. During <br />heavy rains this might create water problems in <br />the in the new house. <br />The present well location is also a consider- <br />ation for the new construction site. This is a <br />very good and useable well which was drilled in <br />1988. It does create some problems in placing <br />the home with consideration to well set backs <br />and the fact that it is centrally located on the <br />lot. <br />Placing the garage, which also serves as <br />small boat storage and shed, on the south side <br />of the house minimizes driveway hard cover and <br />saves existing trees. <br />The south side of this lot touches an <br />easement which is shared with the Gardiners. <br />There is tree and shrub growth which creates a <br />natural privacy for both lots along this easement.
