Dunlap rroved, Hannah seconded, after taking into <br />consideration the excessively sma.11 size of the lot and the <br />two legal non-conforming uses at the site, that the Planning <br />Ccmnission recarmend to the Council the approval of the Gothmann <br />variance ai;:plication for a bait shop at 1440 Shoreline Drive <br />subject to the follcwing conditions: <br />1. No other marina uses l::e permitted in the granting of this <br />bait shop including do:ks .. <br />2. Sewage conditions mu.st meet the requirements of the Vil- <br />lage Engineer. <br />3. Structure will not l::e enlarged under·the existing condi- <br />tions. <br />4. That the fc,.;ir year landscaping plan as sul:mi tted l::e car- <br />ried out. <br />5. That the J>quamaze unit be screened and located at least <br />10 ft. fran any lot line and not l::e on the street side of any <br />structure. <br />6.
