Bill Dickey and Mr. Jack Lynch, of DiCon <br />Corporation, presented a preliminary plat <br />showing a site analysis, vegetation analysis, <br />and drainage analysis of the Farview sub- <br />division. <br />Searles moved, Massengale seconded, to t~ble <br />until August 27, 1974 any further decisions <br />on the Farview property when further studies <br />and specific information on Riparian Rights, <br />outlots,and conditions relating to the <br />development can be discussed. Motion, <br />Ayes (5) -Nays (0). <br />The final plat approval for Kermit Knutson, <br />3640 Baynide Road, was deferred until <br />August 27, 1974. <br />Searles moved, Butler seconded, to accept <br />the preliminary plat of the R,.:,~y· St.'.!:r.key <br />division at 3546 Sixth Avenue North. Any <br />further approval will be conditioned on the <br />Engineer's review.
