No. 85, Stubbs Bay Road <br />Dear Dexter: <br />We have reviewed the preliminary plat of the subject property <br />prepared by Gordon Coffin dated July 17, 1973. The information <br />which we have received is insufficient for us to make a proper <br />judgment on the proposed plat of the property. We observe from <br />the property that three of the lots are shown as 2 acres, and <br />one is 1.45 acres. We also have difficulty in evaiuating the <br />plat on the basis of the grades. The proposed streets will have <br />some very severe cuts or some very steep grades which would <br />possibly be unac~eptable. In order to satisfactorily review <br />and approve this plat, we would need to know the proposed street <br />grades, the proposed grading of the lots and how the runoff water <br />would be handled.
