1988. <br />City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2492 <br />1. The applicants shall remove the southerly 7.5'xl9.5' portion of <br />the concrete patio in the 0-7 5' lakeshore setback zone, and no <br />building permit for the sunroom shall be issued until the concrete <br />patio section has been removed. <br />2. Hardcover on the property is allowed as follows (in 0-75' and 75- <br />250' zones): <br />Existing House= <br />Existing Attached Garage= <br />Existing Driveway= <br />North 2/3 of Existing Patio= <br />Existing Deck Not Over Patio= <br />1,509 <br />552 <br />552 <br />263 <br />Existing Walkways & Rock Beds Underlain by Plastic= <br />Sun Room Addition= (over existing hardcover) <br />329 <br />615 <br />s.f. <br />s.f. <br />s.f. <br />s.f. <br />s.f. <br />s.f. <br />TOTAL 3,820 s.f. <br />(per Exhibit B, attached) <br />The applicants are advised that the maximum allowable hardcover on the <br />property is 4,850 s.f., and that no additional hardcover will be <br />allowed in the 0-75' lakeshore setback zone. <br />3. Authorities granted with this resolution run with the property not <br />with the applicants, but are permissive only and must be exercised by <br />application for a building permit within one year of the date of <br />Council approval, or this variance will expire on that date (September <br />12, 1989). <br />4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shal 1 be punishable as a misdemean·or. <br />5. The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree <br />to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of themselves, their <br />heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agree to the recording of this <br />resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 12th day of September, <br />City Clerk
