Existing deck is located 58' from the shoreline at its closest point. <br />2. Existing deck was constructed as part of an addition to the house in 1976 pursuant to <br />variance approval (see 1976 construction plan). <br />3. Deck was constructed at a 10' rather than 11' 9" depth shown on the plans. <br />4. The deck is deteriorating and needs to be replaced. Applicant proposes to replace the <br />deck in kind.
