Planning Comission <br />City of Orono <br />2750 Kelly Parkway <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Maya, 2004 <br />Dear Sirs : <br />Receeveo <br />MAY l U 2004 <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />As I am not able to attend the meeting held on May 17, I would appreciate presenting this <br />letter and my concern in regards to variance requests at 3775 Bayside Road, case file #04- <br />3017. <br />I reside at 3770 Bayside and prior to construction and variance approval I was reminded <br />that views of the lake of ·other neighbors should be taken into account when planning <br />additions or new constr,uction, which I did. <br />I only request that additional earth berming and tree planting be respectful, within reason, of <br />the views we presently have of Stubbs Bay. <br />Thankyou : g <br />w R sl::4 A ~
