Ultimately, approval was granted for a 22' by 34' garage an <br />variance approval ex · ed on July 22, 2003. The applicant then submitted to renew that variance in <br />September 2005· owever, upon receipt of the necessary plans, it was determined that the proposed <br />sions were changing, causing the hardcover numbers to vary slightly and thus requiring <br />revie of an entirely new application.
