Appears to to operating <br />properly. <br />2 Does not meet all current City standards for new construction (1978 Code) but in most respects appeers to be drugned, <br />located, and constructed 9sinerally it acc-,dance with pr»vious codes. System appears to be fur.:tioning properly, no major <br />upgrading of the system is required at this tin -a. <br />El3 Dow not meat current City standards in many respects resting to design, construction,, or location. Appears to be operating <br />edegwtely at this time, but has a rnlrtrvely high potentret for future problems. If drainfield replacement is necessary, soil testing will usually be required, and a resign ano site pion <br />must be submitted for review. Your controct.rn must obtain a permit before work is started. <br />SYSTEM CONDITION 110 Checked items may rrquire your action) <br />Tank Inspection indicates <br />❑ Pumpout not needed at this time. <br />❑ Solids accumulation In tanks indicates they should tv oump• <br />ed out this year to help prevent future woblems. <br />❑ Solids accumulation in tanks is at a critical level, Tanks <br />should be pumped out as soon as possible. <br />❑ System is discharging to surface. Tanks must be r umped <br />within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge. <br />❑ Inspection risers missing —tanks could riot be inspected. <br />Inspection ; :son 14" die. pipe) mint be installed in each tank <br />at next pumpout.
