Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Dear Jeanne: <br />After our conversation this morning I spoke with the Hennepin <br />County Taxpayer Services and made a formal request in writing to have <br />the vacated alley at 3770 Bayside Road legally combined with Lots 1, 2, 3, <br />and 4 in Ottoville, Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota under one number for tax <br />purposes. <br />I have included a copy of this request. <br />Please let me know if you need any further information from me as I <br />would like to proceed with the building plan application and do not know <br />how long Hennepin County w i 11 take to complete the combination.
