The City Council completed the vacation of the 30' alley at their <br />February 12th meeting. Review Exhibit F, the County has given the entire 30' vacated alley to <br />applicant for inclusion with the remaining parcels that make up the homestead. The proposed <br />improvements of the existing residence require setback variances and a hardcover variance within <br />the 250-500' setback area.
