FAILURE OF INDIVIDUAL SEWERAGE SYSTEMS. It is <br />unlawful for the owner or tenant of any premises to permit an <br />individual sewage disposal system to overflow onto the surface of <br />the ground or the surface of the street, or into lakes or streams, <br />or expose the contents thereof above ground. <br />You are again advised that the tank must be pumped out immediately and <br />often enough to eliminate further c'i,:char.,o.
