The propert, must be connected to municipal sewer not later than <br />June 1, 1981, whether or not any development occurs. , <br />2. Prior to September 30, 1990, Mrs. Olson mus, sign a letter to the <br />City agreeing to make the municipal sewer connection before <br />Jurte 1, 1981 as above. <br />3. Prior to September 30, 1980, Mrs. Olson must prov2�- financial <br />security to back the above promise in the form of �i- r- evocable <br />letter of credit, or a performance bond, in an amount of $5,000. <br />Such security must be in a form acceptable to the City. <br />4. Prior to October 31, 1980, the existing drainfield(s) must be <br />deactivated with the septic tank outlet sealed. From that point <br />until the sewer co,-,--;tion is made, the septic tanks will act as <br />holdinq tanks and must be regularly pumped. Work permits must be <br />secured at the City and an inspection made to assure the completion <br />of this condition. <br />Failure to provide the agreement and security by September 30, 1980, <br />will result in the City staff instituting enforcement procedures for <br />immediate sewer connection this fall. <br />
