This application was reviewed as Zonin�File#02-2795. � ' <br /> 2. The property is located in the I;Industrial District. <br /> 3. Automobile repair and wholesale operations are permitted uses in the I district. <br /> 4. Open sales lots,when a wholesale operation,and outside storage are conditional uses <br /> in the I district. <br /> 5.
