Your application will be on the Planning Commission agenda for <br />work session on Monday, August 1S, 1977. Major areas of concern were the <br />location and method of spoils disposal and provision for reducing futu:-e silta- <br />tion causes. There is reluctance to approve any spoils disposal within 1,000 <br />feet of the shoreline, or any dredging near the shore without riprapping or <br />other siltation control measures. <br />If you have any additional information or wish to address these concerns, please <br />have something to me before Monday's meeting. <br />Sincerely, <br />24 T�k��� <br />A.
