Zoning File 11341 <br />September 28, 1988 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Note that this property is within the Stubbs Bay Sewer Study Area, tut <br />since the City has made no determination as to whether City sewers will be <br />installed in the area, a fully conforming septic system is proposed for <br />this new construction. if during construction the City determines that the <br />property will be served with sewer within a reasonably short time frame, <br />the City Council would be asked at that time to consider a request for an <br />interim holding tank system rather than force the property owner to <br />construct a complete septic system that would have to be immediately <br />abandoned upon connection to sewer. <br />
