0 <br />10 <br />I <br />$ 10.75 <br />SEC. 10.75. HEIGHT OF STRUCTURES. <br />Subd. 1. Special Provisions. The height limitations <br />imposed by other provisions of this Chapter may be increased by <br />conditional use permit by 50 percent when applied to the following <br />structures: <br />A. Antenna or antenna <br />B. Church spires. <br />C. Belfries. <br />D. Cupolas and domes <br />space. <br />structures. <br />which do not contain usable <br />E. Monuments. <br />F. Water towers. <br />G. -ire and hose towers. <br />H. O►)servation towers. <br />I. Flag poles. <br />J. Chimneys. <br />K. Smokestacks. <br />L. Parapet walls extending not <br />Shove h,<ght of the building. <br />M. Cooling towers. <br />N. Elevator penthouses. <br />more than three feet <br />Subd. 2. Conditional Use Permits. Heights in excess of <br />those allowed under Subdivision 1. above for the uses enumerated <br />f therein may be permitted only by conditional use permit granted <br />pursuant to the procedures as set forth in Section 10.09. <br />SOur:.e: Ordinance No. 198 <br />Effective Date: 8-22-77 <br />Subd. 3. Additional Heights on Sloping Lots. On any lot <br />sloping downhill from the street, which has an average ground slope <br />on that por.io of the lot to be occupied by the main building of <br />251 or more (measured in the general direction of the side lot <br />lines) an additional twelve feet of height may be permitted in such <br />main building and the garage or parking space may be in the <br />required front yard provided a yard of ten feet or more is <br />maintained. <br />Subd. 4. Yards: Additional Provisions. Required yards <br />in the districts specified shall by subject to the following <br />additional requirement.3: <br />A. Through Lots. Through lots in any district <br />snap have a required front yard on each street. <br />B. "®" and "I" Districts: Adjacent Lots.
