CITY OF ORONO - NOTICE <br />The Planning commission will hold Public Hearings in the Council Chambers <br />at 1275 South Brown Road on Tuesday. February 21, 1989 on the matter of <br />reviewing the following land use applications: <br />1. #1367 Steve Harris, of 3850 Watertown Road, applied for a condiLional <br />use permit to install a pond on his residential property. <br />2. 81369 Charles Rickhafer, of 1040 Townline Road, seeks a front street <br />setback ance for a proposed garage addition to his existing residence. <br />3 11371 ert and Theresa Minkema, of 3200 Bayside Road, seek front <br />st side street setback variances for proposed additions to the <br />existing residence. <br />4. i1373 Dave Eiss, of 1635 Concordia Street, seeks a conditional use <br />permit and variance for land alterations within 75' of the lakeshore <br />protected area for the purpose of controlling drainage at the new building <br />site. <br />S. i1375 Dave Price, of 2914 Casco Point Road, seeks a hardcover variance <br />for a proposed addition to the existing residence. <br />6. #1376 Dale and Chris Palm, of 1710 Shadywood Road, seek hardcover <br />variances to allow a detached garage, originally required to be removed by <br />the City in an earlier review, to remain on the property in exchange for <br />the removal of existing hardcover improvements within the 75-250' setback <br />area. <br />7. #1377 Richard Anderson, of 3980 North Shore Drive, seeks lakeshore and <br />side setback variances, in addition to hardcover variances for the <br />replacement of the existing foundation of a house in its present location <br />and for the second floor addition located within substandard setback areas. <br />8. 01378 Curtis Ostrom, of 4605 Watertown Road, seeks a side setback <br />variance for a proposed addition to the existing residence. <br />9. #1379 Wayzata Country Club, 200 Wayzata Boulevard. seeks a conditional <br />use permit for installation of a pond at the 12th hole of the golf course. <br />10. i1381 Jack Rhode, of 1690 Shadywood Road, seeks lakeshore setback and <br />hardcover variances for proposed additions to the existing residence. <br />11. #1382 John Rogers, of 755 Tonkawa Road, seeks lakeshore and average <br />lakeshore setback and hardcover variances for proposed additions to the <br />existing residence. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time.
