(The building permit application is a separate <br />application from the zoning variances or conditional use application.) <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they <br />are available from the City Recorder or City Clerk after review and <br />approval by the City Council. <br />Variance approval is limited to the extent shown on the approved plan, <br />and as noted in the approval resolution. Changes in approved p lanko a.-e <br />subject to further revifi• by the City. Variance approval expires one year <br />after date of approval.
