This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1371. <br />2. The property is located in the LR-1.A Single Family Lakeshore <br />Residential Zoning District. <br />3. The Orono Planning Commissic,n reviewed this applicat.iun on <br />February 21, 1989 and recommended approval of the prupused variance <br />based upon the following findings: <br />a. The existing residence is located entirely within the <br />required front and side street setbacks, and therefc,re any <br />additions to the existing residence require a variance. <br />b.
