Additionally, a conceptual vegetation screening <br />plan has been subm�.tted in respect for concerns of the neighbor <br />to the west about headlights from cars heading down the hill <br />shining into the house. Applicant notes that the proposal is to <br />supplement existing screening by transplanting a few cedar trees <br />from the proposed driveway area. App'l icant notes that the <br />screening can be further augmented once the driveway is in and <br />final grades and elevations are established. <br />The applicant notes that the intent would be to not disrupt <br />the existing stand of Norway �-ines noted on the sketch. This had <br />been a concern of the neighbor to the southeast. <br />Staff Recoamiendation - <br />Staff recommends final 1.1at approval per the a:.tached <br />resolution. <br />
