• <br />MINUTES OP TRg PLANNING C0141;SSION KELTING HELD JULY 20, 1967 <br />11174 CRAIG ANDERSON CONTINURD <br />Bellows felt th-t this was A prohl-matic subdivison <br />indicating concern with access and staff'-. septic <br />concerns noting that there seemed to be many marginal <br />issues. <br />Cohen agreed with Dollows due to the 'speculative' site <br />plan submitted. <br />Assistant Zoning Admiiistrator Gaffron further explained <br />.he proposed plan pointing out the required setbacks <br />(per Exhibit J). <br />Planning Commission majority felt the access corridor <br />width was the major issue and that lot width was <br />adequate if all other standards were met. <br />Mr. Fjrchner, mgair, indicated his concern with <br />di--uption of the _reet and drainage. <br />There were no other comments from the public and the <br />Public Hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Cohen, to <br />table this application pending additional information <br />and more detailed plan. Motion, Ayes S, Nays 0. <br />ZONING AMENDOWNT <br />STANDARDS FOR ACCESSORY STROCTURP.S <br />PUBLIC SEARING 9:07-9:07 <br />The Affidavit of Publication was noted. <br />There were no comments from the pubic regarding thin <br />mAtcer And the public hParinq was closed. <br />It was moved by Johnson, seconded by Cohen, to table <br />this matter un•il the August Planning Commission meeting <br />in order to provide more time for Planning Commission to <br />review the proposed Amendmen_.
