However, the <br />Resolution indicates that the Final Resolution is contingent upon <br />the execution of the Developer's Agreement by the School District <br />and City of Orono. All issues involved within the Developer's <br />Agreement have been mutually agreed upon, only execution of the <br />document is remaining to be done. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution 02544, contingent <br />upon the execution of the Developer's Agreement.
