A revised site plan proposal should be submitted no later than <br />Tuesday, October 11, 4:30 p.m., for inclusion on the October 17th Planning <br />Commission agenda. The next following Planning Commission meeting is <br />November 21st, hence if you wish to start construction this fall, try to <br />prepare for the October 17th meeting. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is dependent ucon receipt of <br />additional information. Deadline for the October 174k.-h meeting is 4:30 p.m. <br />October llth or November 14th for the r'. .-mber 21st meeting. <br />In all cases, the application must be continued with the submittal of <br />requested information within 90 days or the City will consider the <br />application as formall, withdrawn. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />minutes, they are available from the City Recorder after -eview and <br />approval by the Plcumin5 Commission. <br />
