Both the existing and proposed garage are nearer the side <br />street (Navarre Avenue) than the line of the existing house. In addition, <br />applicant wishes to place the r,ew garage 5' from the side lot line instead <br />of Lne 10' required side setback. TH-, was recommended for approval by the <br />Planning Ccmm'ssion based on obj Lons from the neighbors, and because <br />the existing -*-arage is only m side lot line. <br />Please review the memo xhibits c` November 14, 1988. The current <br />proposal. is a :major .revision of the aYplicant's original. proposal, which <br />would have placed a new detached garage on the corner of the intersection. <br />Planning Commission, at their November 21, 19°9 meeti:�, voted 6-0 to <br />approve the proposed garage in i*s revised location, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1.
