Kemna <br />Schoell & Madson, Inc. <br />10550 Wayzata Blvd <br />Minnetonka, MN 55343 <br />--------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />TYPE OF APPLICATION: Subdivision of a Lot Line Rearrangement <br />--------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />DATE OF MEETING: 11/21/88 VOTE: 6 For 0 Against <br />Planning Commission recommends the following: <br />Approval: subject to conditions noted below <br />NOTES AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br />Your subdivision for a lot line rearrangement will be presented for <br />final approval by Council upon receipt of the following: <br />1. Provide a Certificate of Survey per survey dated 9/29/88 by <br />Theodore Kemna of Schoell and Madson, Inc. (revised version which <br />indicates Parcels A, B, and C). Provide signature lines for all <br />property owners with an interest in the subject properties (spouse, <br />etc. - signature lines must be signed), the Mayor, City Clerk, and <br />date of final approval. <br />2. Provide two copies of survey 1"=200' for City records. <br />3. The property owner Jacobs must complete combination forms at the <br />City offices upon final approval of the subdivision (Parcel A to be <br />combined with Parcel B). <br />All final submittals must be submitted to this office 10 days before <br />the meeting at which Council will grant final subdivision approval. The <br />Council meets on the second and fourth Mondays of the month. Regular <br />meetings are re -scheduled if they conflict with a national holiday. The <br />Council has scheduled only one meeting for the month of December and that <br />meeting is scheduled for December 12th. <br />
