RESOLUTION OF THE�C�TY�C�UNCIL <br /> . `9kEsYi�g' NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT PER SECTION 10.20, SUBDIVISION 3 (Nn <br /> FILE NO. 02-2797 <br /> WHEREAS, Sandra Smith and James Murphy (hereinafter "the applicants"), are <br /> owners of the property located at 30 Orono Orchazd Road North within the City of Orono <br /> (hereinafter "the City") and legally described as follows: - <br /> Lot 10, Block 1, Orono Oaks, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the <br /> property"); and � <br /> WHEREAS,the applicants have applied for a conditional use permit per Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 (M) to permit the keeping of 1 additional horse on the <br /> property,keeping a total of three horses on the property; and , <br /> • WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with � <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the Ciry of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on July 15,2002, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br /> concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File#02-2797. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B zoning district. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on July 15, 2002 and <br /> recommended approval by a vote of 6 to 0. <br /> 4.
