^ r <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />ASSESSMENT NOTICE <br />(LOCAL BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION) <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Local Board of Appeal and ^ualization of the <br />City of Orono in Hennepin County, Minnesota, will meet at the Orono Council Chambers, 2780 <br />Kelley Pathway, in said City of Orono at 7:00 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, the 20th day of April, <br />2005, for the purpoae of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said city for the year 2005. <br />All penons consideriiig themselves aggrieved by said assessment or who wish to complain that <br />die property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to iqipear at said meeting and <br />show cause for having such assessment corrected. <br />No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person <br />so Msessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint. <br />Dated this 29th day of March, 2005. <br />/s/ Linda S.
