I have attached two emails from Desyl Peterson, Orono <br />resident and Minnetonka City Attorney, requesting Orono to conduct a survey of its residents and <br />businesses regarding the availability of DSL service, and providing background information regarding <br />the Suburban Rate Authority ’s efforts in this area. <br />If the Council wants to conduct a survey, we could include it in the spring city newsletter.
