Prior to scheduling your subdivision application before the <br />Counci 1, staff must be in receipt of the private access easement to be <br />granted in favor of proposed Lot 1 over Lot 1, Block 2, Bayside <br />Landing and a copy of the amended covenant confirming Lot l's <br />participation in the maintenance and upkeep of Landmark Drive. <br />Applicants next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of this <br />information.
