Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: July 8, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: Application #1734 John Burger -Preliminary Subdivision <br />Enclosed is a copy of the park dedication fee report by Rolf Erickson. <br />At the June 2nd meeting of the Park Commission, it was determined that <br />they would also obtain a bike easement over the 10' drainage and <br />utility easement that would be adjacent to Bayside Road. The park <br />dedication fee at an .08% value is determined at $3,696.00. Upon the <br />resolve of the value of the bike easement and how that value is to be <br />determined, please advise me as soon as the adjusted amount has been <br />determined so that the applicant can be informed. <br />ch
