Enclosed are copies of <br />those documents: <br />1. Consent to Special Lot Combination Agreement relating to Lot 2 abd Outlot B <br />(Document No. 6163879); and <br />2. Consent to Flowage and Conservation Easement and Waiver of Damages <br />(Document No. 6163877). <br />For some reason these two consents were filed as separate instruments, even though <br />they are both attached to the original documents to which they relate.
