CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CJTY COUNCIL <br />NO. 4 101 <br />6. Fees to be paid: <br />A. Final plat fee = $200.00. <br />B. Legal review and filing fees for subdivision and associated documents = <br />$200.00. <br />C. Park dedication fee shall be determined by City Assessor. The <br />subdividers shall be advised as soon as the Assessor's report has been <br />filed with the City. Park dedication fee shall be based on 8%. If the <br />value of Lot 1 exceeds $61,250.00, the park fee would be limited to <br />$4,900.00. <br />D.
