Payment to the City of a sewer connection charge for undeveloped Lot 1 of <br />$14,665.00 based on the 1998 fee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the plat of Valerius Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. No new curb cuts shall be allowed or required for access to Lots 1 or 2. <br />2. Only Lot 2 shall have lake access via Outlot B, of Burgers Bayside Second Addition. <br />3. The building envelope for Block 1, Lot 1, Valerius Addition, shall be defined by the <br />required setbacks for the LR-IA Zoning District. <br />4. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br />County Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles on or before March 14, 1999 together <br />with a certified original copy of this resolution. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by <br />the date specified above. In that event it will be necessary to file a new application with the City <br />of Orono for subdivision review. Dated this 14th day of September, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />S.
