<br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

<br />7. Payment to the City of a sewer connection charge for undeveloped Lot 1 of
<br />$14,665 .00 based on the 1998 fee .
<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
<br />Orono hereby approves the plat of Valerius Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the
<br />following conditions :
<br />1. No new curb cuts shall be allowed or required for access to Lots 1 or 2 . ·
<br />2 . Only Lot 2 shall have lake access via Outlot B, of Burgers Bayside Second Addition.
<br />3. The building envelope for Block 1, Lot 1, Valerius Addition, shall be defined by the
<br />required setbacks for the LR-1 A Zoning District.
<br />4. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin
<br />County Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles on or before March 14 , 1999 together
<br />with a certified original copy of this resolution .
<br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by
<br />the date specified above. In that event it will be necessary to file a new application with the City
<br />of Orono for subdivision review . Dated this 14th day of September, 1998 .
