Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. <br />Variance approval expires one year after date of approval. Permit application must be submitted <br />no later than September 14, 1999. <br />Final Subdivision Plat Approval -The approval resolution and other required documents and <br />drawings will be filed and recorded with Hennepin County by the City Attorney. You may be <br />contacted by the City Attorney if additional information is required in order for recording to <br />occur. Note that all taxes for the current year must be paid before the County will accept <br />subdivision for recording. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are available from the City <br />Clerk after review and approval by the City Council. <br />ch
