Paragraph 3 of th~ Road Declaration is hereby amended <br />t0 read as follows: <br />E~ch Lot shall be benefitted by a <br />non-exclusive ~asen;ent for driveway ingress <br />and eg?:ess and underground utility purposes <br />over Outlot D, Bayside Landing, which <br />easerr.ent shall be perpetual and ap~urtenant <br />to each Lot. <br />7. Pa,agraph 4 of lhe Road Decla~ation is hereby amended <br />to read as foll~ws: <br />Each Lot shall be charged with the <br />responsibility of paying twenty percent <br />{20%) of the cost of Maintenance of the <br />Road, subject to adjustment as provided in <br />Paragraph 11 below. <br />s.
