The final grammatical paragraph of Paragraph 9 of the Declaration is hereby amended to read as fellows: The resttictions on the Outlots ~ontained in this Para~~aph 9 shsll be perpetual unless ond until amended by all partie:. who have a recorded interest in the affected Outlet, with the ~oncurr~nce of ,:.ny governmental agencies having jurisdiction.
