The <br />property owner has provided three options for constructing the driveway access. <br />The site topography makes it very difficult to get driveway access from Bayside Road (Co. <br />Rd. 84). The driveway access plan preferred by the owner is not good but appears to be <br />the best option. <br />We would recommend that the following issues be addressed prior to proceeding with <br />construction: <br />1. Drainage <br />a) Driveway should be curbed <br />b) Culvert/other drainage structures to prevent water from flowing into Bayside <br />Road. <br />I Retaining Wall <br />a) Must be designed and approved by Reg. engineer if over 4 feet high, <br />3. Guard rail/restraining Wall <br />a) Protection should be provided at driveway corner on West side of lot. <br />4.
