Section 10.23, Subd. 6 (B) - In LR-lA district, required lot width is 200, (existing 165'), <br />minimum required lot area is 2.0 acres (existing lot area is 1.97 acres). <br />2. Section 10.22, Subd. 2 and Section 10.56, Subd. 16 (L) - No hardcover is allowed in the <br />0-75' lakeshore setback zone (proposed 0-75' hardcover is just under 40%, all due to <br />added driveway). <br />3. Section 10.56, Shoreland Management: <br />A. Subd. 16 (G), Steep Slopes - Applicant must provide adequate information to <br />allow evaluation of possible soil erosion impacts and development visibility from <br />public waters prior to permit issuance. When determined necessary, permits shall <br />be conditioned upon erosion prevention and preservation of existing vegetation <br />screening of structures, vehicles and other facilities as viewed from the surface <br />of public waters, assuming summer, leaf -on vegetation. <br />e 4 <br />
