No survey has been rgceivjed. <br />Peterson stated there are potential problems''rth erosion, hardcover percentages, and <br />retaining walls that need replacing, although he`U no conceptual problems with the spa <br />location - <br />Nolan <br />Nolan noted he is concerned with the lack of a survey. "There are many areas considered <br />hardcover t ire not listed as such on the drawing subr*ed. He noted the excess of <br />hardcover d said there are many areas where it can be reduced. Nolan has no problem <br />with th pa itself but is looking for concessions from the owner\and requested his <br />pres ce at the next meeting. Nolan moved, Berg seconded, tot le Item #1966 pending <br />receipt of survey and complete hardcover facts.
