Meet with staff on the site to inventory and mark all trees of 6" diameter <br />or greater in the 0 -75 ' zo ne, and modify the proposed replanting plan to <br />include replacement of all such trees in the 0-75' zone (on a tree-for-tree <br />basis) that are ultimately removed to accommodate the construction. <br />3. Apf)lica nts and their contractors shall adhere to the "Best Management Practices <br />for Protecting Water Quality in Urban Areas", and sh::ill lakf: whatever erosion <br />control measures the City deems necessary for erosion control on the site. <br />4. The City Engineer shall make periodic inspections of the site during construction <br />and a final inspection of the driveway prior to its final approval. <br />5. Revegetation of disturbed soils at the site shall inclu de sodding of all disturbed <br />slopes as soon after commencement of grading as is feasible. The re-pianting <br />plan for trees and shrubs is attached to this resolution as Exhibit A (to be <br />modified as noted above), and all proposed plantings shall be completed per said <br />plan prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a new residence on the <br />property, or within one year of the commencement of driveway construction, <br />whichever is sooner. <br />6. Authorities granted by this resoiution run with the property not with the owners, <br />but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building <br />permit for a residence on the property within one year of the date of Council <br />approval, or the special conditions of this resolution will expire on that date <br />(November 28, 1995). <br />7. \Tiolation of or non-compiiancc with any of ihe terms and conditions or ibis <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />8.
