No fill material for the purpose of home and road <br />construction will be allowed belc,w the regional flood <br />elevation of 931.5 11SL. <br />3. A building setback of 75' must be maintained from the most <br />lakeward portion of the building toundation and the NOHW <br />(929 4 MSL. Lake Ainnetonka). <br />4. An erosion control barrier wi11 be provided to prevent the <br />transport of soil material during construction. This erosion <br />control barrier will oe maintained throug:iout the project <br />life <br />5 .
