Losses and damages (and related <br />expenses). not compensated by insurance or otherwise, <br />to the work or otherwise sustained by CONTRACTOR <br />in connection with the execution of the work. provided <br />thev have resulted from causes other than the negligence <br />of CONTRACTOR, any Subcontractor. or anyone di- <br />rectly or indirectly employed by any of them or or <br />whose acts anv of them may he liable. Such losses ,hall <br />include settlen.ents made with the written consent and <br />approval of OWNER. No such losses, damages and ex- <br />penses shall be included in the Cost of the Work for the <br />purpose of determining Contractor's Fee. Cost of premiums for additional Bonds <br />and insurance required because of changes in the Work. <br />11.5.
