P <br />_ 21.2 Completion of Work. <br />21.2.i. By submitting a Bid, and Pxecution of the Agreement, the Bidder <br />(and Contractor) express'.y agree3 the time (:v times for various phases) for <br />completion is reasonable, considering all factors. The Bidder (and Contractor) <br />further represents he has; analyzed the Project, including the Pquipment, materials <br />and methods; considered his own capabilities and work load; determinL-d availability <br />of qualified mechanics and unskilled labor; considered the time of year for <br />commencement of work, made a reasonable allowance for weather variations and other <br />potential delays encountered in the construction process; the condition of the <br />site; considered the constraints specified; evaluated the effects of other <br />contractors who may be on the site; and has taken these and other relevant <br />factors bearing on the progress of the work into account. <br />21.2.3. Each Bidder is required to fill in his date of full completion of <br />all work on this Project. <br />21.2.4. The Work shall be completed on or before /G,/rM �f' 15 /±22, <br />unless otherwise agreed in writing by Owner and Bidder (Contractor) ir. accordance <br />with Article 12 of the General Conditions. In the event that Bidder (Contractor) <br />fails to camplete the projict within the time period specified, Owner shall have <br />the right to pursue arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 <br />i <br />of the General Conditions, and Bids'>r (Contractor) shall be responsible to <br />Owner for the reasonable cost of pursuing arbitration proceedings, including <br />reasonable attorneys fees. <br />y _ j <br />
