Wittmer, 1420 Baldur Park Road - VARIANCE <br />The Wittmer application involves a side and street (front) yard variance <br />for a detached garage (24' X 29') and an increase in hardcover of 6%. <br />Revi�xw of Hardships: 1. location of trees. <br />2. :ncation of gas and telephone linew. <br />3. no storage area on site - related to also of <br />garage requested. <br />Thomas rrahm objected to the amount of increase in the hardcover and <br />suggested a reduction in the size o` the garage. The Planning Commission <br />noted the need for the adQitiona: storage space and responded to the <br />Wittmer's strong pleas. I have Included for your review an Inventory <br />Shoot for a standard site yaragea (22' X 22'). ideas* note the increase <br />i:, hardcover is only 30. <br />Staff would recom"nd to Council that the garage be moved to 3' from <br />the side property line to met minimum setback of State Building Code. <br />
