Nctice and Quorum for Anv Acticn Authorized <br />Under Sections 3 and 5. Written rictice of any meeting called for <br />the purpose of taxing any action authorized under Section 3 or 5 <br />of this Article shall be sent to ail members not less than 30 <br />days, nor more than 60 days, in advance of the meeting. At the <br />first such meeting called, the presence of members or of proxies <br />entitled to cast a majority of all the votes of each class of <br />membership shall constitute a quorum. If the required quorum is <br />not present, another meeting may be called subject to t:ie same <br />notice requirement, and the required quorum at the subsequent <br />meeting shall be one-'.^alf (1/2) cf the required quorum at the <br />preceding meeting. Setbacks. <br />(a) The recorded plat of MEYERS WOODS public utility <br />and drainage easements have been dedicated along the perimeters <br />of all lots (*** certain lots? ***;. Within said easement areas <br />no houses or other improvements shall be built that would inter- <br />fere with utilities or drainage. <br />(b) Ordinances of the City of Orono prohibit con- <br />struction of buildings within the front 50 feet, rear 50 feet and <br />Gide 30 feet cf each Lot. Said ordinances may be changed by the <br />City Council. For this purpose, front, rear and side yard set- <br />backs are measured pursuant to municipal ordinances. <br />(c) In addition to the setbacks described in subsec- <br />tions (a) and (b), no clearing, grading or constrsct_on shall be <br />condo_-ed within the `-:nt 25 Feet, rear 255 Feet and side 10 fee -- <br />of each Lot.
