Preliminary Plans <br />INTRODUCTION - The attached application is for the subdivision of <br />the property at 115 North Brown Road together with the <br />Conditional Use Permit in order to allow for the Planned <br />Residential District (PRD) designation which allows for the open <br />space as provided for in the subdivision. As you may recall this <br />prooerty was grantel tie -toning r,�q-lest !ontln3-�nt u70n 3'�we" <br />service by the City Council on October 10, 1988. <br />DISCUSSIUJN - The subdivision was reviewed ana approved as <br />amended by the Planning Commission on October 17. 1983. The only <br />31gnlfi,-,ant recommendation from the proposal tilat Planning <br />Commission amended was the 11C3tion of the access to the <br />property. (As you will note the proponent had in response to the <br />Planning Commission made the road in the subdivision a loop <br />road.)
